Role Overview :

As a Performance Testing Engineer at Sysmind Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and stability of our applications and systems. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and ensure a seamless user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases based on system requirements and performance goals.

- Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter to create and execute load, stress, and endurance tests.

- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance tuning.

- Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements and optimize code.

- Monitor system performance in production environments and identify potential performance issues.

- Create detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and frameworks.

- Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback on system design and architecture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases.

- Proven expertise in using LoadRunner and JMeter for load, stress, and endurance testing.

- Strong scripting skills in Java and experience with API testing.

- In-depth knowledge of performance tuning techniques for Apache web servers and application servers.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
