Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead to drive performance testing initiatives for our engineering product suite.

The role involves end-to-end performance testing, analysis, tuning, and collaboration with development and architecture teams to ensure system scalability, stability, and optimal response times.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead performance testing activities including planning, execution, and reporting.

- Design and develop multi-user performance test scripts.

- Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.

- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization based on findings.

- Monitor system health during test execution and troubleshoot issues.

- Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams for root cause analysis.

- Participate in technical discussions and provide performance recommendations.

- Prepare detailed performance analysis and test reports.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of total experience in software testing.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance testing and analysis.

- Strong experience with RPT (preferred) or JMeter / LoadRunner.

- Experience in designing and executing multi-user performance scenarios.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics : response time, throughput, scalability.

- Hands-on experience in developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests.

- Experience working with cloud-based applications.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience in automation testing (minimum 3 years).

- Exposure to C++ coding.

- Strong background in development or performance engineering.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues.
