Perficient - Lead Appian Developer

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian BPM applications compliant with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HITECH).

- Build and configure process models, interfaces, data types, business rules, and integrations.

- Work closely with healthcare stakeholders on patient management, billing, EHR, and related workflows.

- Drive process automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, leading requirements gathering and process optimization.

- Integrate Appian with third-party healthcare systems and AWS platforms.

- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and enable monitoring via tools like CloudWatch/Grafana.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery.

Required skills :

- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).

- Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Jenkins.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with EHR, healthcare billing, or telemedicine systems is a plus.

- Exposure to Terraform/CloudFormation and monitoring/analytics tools (Grafana preferred).
