Role & responsibilities :

This hybrid role combines PeopleSoft development at half capacity with Business Systems Analysis responsibilities for the remaining half.

The PeopleSoft Developer / BSA serves as a technical translator between business stakeholders and the development team gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while also contributing directly to PeopleSoft configuration, development, and testing activities.

In the context of this new CC vendor enablement project, this individual plays a critical role in ensuring that business requirements for each of the 11 enhancement workstreams are clearly defined, traceable, and implemented correctly.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Solid PeopleSoft development background with working knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, and Oracle/SQL.

- Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles within ERP or CRM environments, ideally PeopleSoft.

- Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, use case development, and functional specification writing.

- Experience with UAT coordination, test case design, and defect tracking.

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross functional stakeholder engagement.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices; experience working in sprint based delivery teams.

- 4+ years of combined PeopleSoft development and/or BSA experience in a Telecom or enterprise environment.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- PeopleSoft Development or PeopleTools Certification.

- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA Certification.

- Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PSPO, or equivalent).

- Oracle Database / SQL Certification
