PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft HCM development, customization, configuration, and support. The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, troubleshooting application issues, and providing production support in an enterprise application environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, configure, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications.

- Work across PeopleSoft HCM modules and understand application functionality and business processes.

- Analyze requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective resolutions within defined timelines.

- Handle production support, incident resolution, and application maintenance activities.

- Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Participate in enhancements, customizations, and application improvements.

- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide timely updates on issues and deliverables.

- Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.

- Strong experience in PeopleSoft development, customization, configuration, and support.

- Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules and application functionality.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in enterprise application environments.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
