Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft Architect / Techno-Functional Consultant to join our PeopleSoft team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft development, integrations, application support, and modernization initiatives. The role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, functional understanding, integration capabilities, and experience working with business stakeholders and functional consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.

- Design and develop SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, and nVision reports.

- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.

- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces.

- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and quality assurance.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

- Follow PeopleSoft coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.

- Contribute to application modernization and integration initiatives.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience

- Strong PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience

- PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), Integration Broker

- REST / SOAP API integrations, SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, nVision

- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) and HCM

- Strong SQL / PL-SQL knowledge

- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and production support

- Experience with third-party integrations

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud integrations, automation tools, and PeopleSoft modernization initiatives

- Performance tuning and application optimization

- Experience working in enterprise environments

- Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer capabilities
