Job Description

Job Summary

This isn't a traditional marketing or sales role. A GTM Engineer sits at the intersection of growth, technology, and AI - using tools like Claude Code, n8n, Zapier, and APIs to automate, build, and scale go-to-market systems that a 50-person team would need humans to do. You don't just run campaigns. You build the machines that run them.

What You'll Actually Do

- Build AI-powered automation workflows using n8n, Claude API, Zapier that eliminate manual GTM work - prospect research, lead scoring, content distribution, signal monitoring.

- Own a GTM channel or function - this could be outbound systems, SEO infrastructure, social listening, competitive intelligence, or content operations depending on your strengths.

- Scrape, enrich, and structure data from LinkedIn, job boards, review sites, and industry sources to feed our GTM Intelligence Hub.

- Write scripts, prompts, and workflows that turn raw data into actionable outreach targets with context and suggested messaging.

- Get your hands dirty - some days you're writing Claude prompts, some days you're debugging a webhook, some days you're manually researching 50 franchise operators because the automation isn't built yet.

- Work directly with the founder and GTM team - your systems will be used by real salespeople and marketers daily.

Who We're Looking For

- You're from a top engineering college (IIT, BITS, NIT or equivalent). You've probably studied CS, data science, or engineering but what excites you isn't building ML models for a research paper. It's building systems that drive real business outcomes.

- You might have 0-2 years of experience, or you might be a fresh graduate who's built impressive side projects. We don't care about your resume length. We care about what you've built.

The 6 Traits We Screen For

1. First-Principles Thinking : You break problems down to fundamentals instead of copying what others do. When something isn't working, you ask 'why' five times, not 'what's the best practice.'

2. Hustle : You do the unglamorous work. High volume, no ego about it. If the automation isn't ready, you do it manually until it is.

3. Hunger to Learn : You can go from knowing nothing about hiring tech, ATS systems, or franchise operations to having dangerous levels of knowledge in 2-3 weeks.

4. Ownership Driven : You treat this like your own company. You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem, you go fix it.

5. Communication Clarity : You write sharp messages. You explain complex systems simply. You can sell an idea in 3 sentences. The systems you build are useless if no one understands how to use them.

6. AI Systems Builder : You think in systems, not processes. When you see a manual, repetitive task, your instinct is to automate it with Claude Code, n8n, or whatever tool gets it done. You don't just use AI tools - you build with them.

What We Don't Care About :

- Years of 'marketing experience.'

- Whether you've used HubSpot or Salesforce before.

- A polished LinkedIn with 'Growth Hacker' in the headline.

- Whether you know what GTM stands for (we'll teach you).

What We Do Care About :

- Have you built something - a side project, a bot, a scraper, an automation, a startup, anything - that nobody asked you to build?

- Can you learn a new tool or domain in days, not months?

- Do you get excited about making a system 10x more efficient, not just 10% better?
