We are a staffing firm and currently hiring for one of our clients which is a leading firm for an exciting role of Pega Smart Investigate Architects And Leads for job location Chennai.

Client is a Global MNC investment Bank GCC.

Experience Requirements :

- Exp 10 to 16 Years.

- Smart Investigate framework experience mandatory (not Smart Dispute).

- Must be within last 2 years when Swift messaging switched from MT to MX.

- High-volume MX messaging fluency required.

- Banking exceptions and inquiries processing.

- Production support experience on mission-critical applications critical.

- Minimum 2 years tenure on single project preferred.

- Must show 1-2 years supporting live applications.

- Need troubleshooting experience on legacy systems dealing with technical debt.

- Financial impact if systems go down mission critical.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting Pega Smart Investigate frameworks, with a deep understanding of payment lifecycles and reconciliation processes.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects, effectively managing communication between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Advanced proficiency in Pega PRPC, including case management, data modeling, and complex rule-set design, backed by a track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and provide clear, strategic technical direction.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture in a hybrid or on-site environment in Chennai.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant Pega certifications at the Lead System Architect level.
