We are a staffing firm and currently hiring for one of our clients which is a leading firm for an exciting role of -Pega Smart Investigate Architects And Leads.

Exp : 10 to 16 Years.

- Smart Investigate framework experience mandatory (not Smart Dispute).

- Must be within last 2 years when Swift messaging switched from MT to MX.

- High-volume MX messaging fluency required.

- Banking exceptions and inquiries processing.

- Production support experience on mission-critical applications critical.

- Minimum 2 years tenure on single project preferred.

- Must show 1-2 years supporting live applications.

- Need troubleshooting experience on legacy systems dealing with technical debt.

- Financial impact if systems go down mission critical.

Technical & Experience Requirements :

- Certification levels define roles :

a. System Architect (junior) base certification, work under direction.

b. Senior System Architect (mid-level) 3-6 years experience.

c. Lead System Architect (senior) must pass both written AND practical exams.

- AI/Modern Technology experience required.

- AI agents and robots already in production.

- Looking for hands-on experience : Generative AI, LLMs, Pegabots, AI agent.

- Copilot or similar AI tooling experience valued.

- Core PEGA processing skills.

- Queue processing design and implementation.

- PEGA agent scheduling and background processing.

- Performance optimization and STP improvement experience.

- Senior management exposure preferred for LSAs (presentation skills).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking exception management and inquiries processing.

- Work extensively on the Smart Investigate framework with hands-on expertise in SWIFT MX messaging standards and high-volume transaction processing.

- Architect and support mission-critical production applications with strong focus on system stability, resiliency, and business continuity.

- Handle production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for complex legacy-integrated systems with technical debt considerations.

- Design and optimize queue processing, PEGA agent scheduling, and background processing frameworks for improved Straight Through Processing (STP).

- Drive performance optimization initiatives across PEGA applications to improve scalability, processing efficiency, and operational reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, business users, infrastructure teams, and senior management.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to System Architects and Senior System Architects within the project team.

- Work on AI-driven automation initiatives leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Pegabots, AI Agents, Copilot, or similar modern AI technologies integrated with PEGA ecosystems.

- Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, coding standards, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

- Participate in solution reviews, technical estimations, deployment planning, and release management activities.
