About the Role :

PGSN Soft Tech is hiring a highly skilled Pega Senior Developer with mandatory CSSA certification. You will lead end-to-end development of Pega-based enterprise solutions, with hands-on expertise in Case Management, Integration and the Customer Service Framework (CSF).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Pega application development using Case Management and Customer Service Framework (CSF)

- Design complex Integration solutions using Pega Connect REST/SOAP, Data Pages and Connectors

- Build and configure case lifecycle stages, steps, assignments, SLAs and correspondence

- Develop Pega UI using App Studio and Dev Studio forms, sections and harnesses

- Work on decisioning decision tables, decision trees and proposition management

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Collaborate with Business Analysts for requirement analysis and solution blueprinting

- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting and root cause analysis

- Support deployments and manage Pega version upgrades

Required Skills :

- Pega CSSA Certification Mandatory

- Case Management Strong hands-on (Mandatory)

- Customer Service Framework (CSF) Hands-on required

- Integration REST/SOAP, Pega Connect, Data Pages

- Total Pega Experience 7 to 10 Years

Good to Have :

- Pega Infinity 8.x / 23.x experience

- Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) knowledge

- Agile / SAFe delivery methodology

- Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure)
