Job Title : Pega Developer (CSSA Certified)

Experience Required : 7 - 10 Years

Locations : First Preference (Bangalore), Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR

Job Description :

- Design and develop Pega applications using best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

- Implement workflows, decision rules, and UI components within the Pega platform.

- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Maintain documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Pega BPM development.

- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.

- Hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x, 8.x or later.

- Certified Pega CSSA or LSA preferred.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
