Role Overview :

As a Pega Developer at Sysmind Tech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations, enabling them to achieve significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).

- Proven expertise in Java, SQL, and RESTful web services.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
