Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Test Analyst with strong expertise in Payroll Testing, Integration Testing, and Workday environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing complex enterprise payroll systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of Payroll applications and integrations.

- Design, execute, and document manual test cases and test scenarios.

- Validate payroll processes, calculations, and system integrations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Participate in test planning, defect tracking, and test execution activities.

- Ensure compliance with testing standards and quality assurance processes.

- Support Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials related testing activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on Manual Testing experience in complex enterprise environments.

- 3+ years of hands-on Integration Testing experience.

- 3+ years of Payroll Testing experience.

- Minimum 1 year of Workday Financials (FIN) experience OR Workday HCM experience.

- Experience working with Payroll systems such as Oracle Payroll, APay, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Must possess excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Australia.

- Available to work onsite for a minimum of one year.

- Comfortable working onsite at least three days per week.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise ERP/HCM platforms.

- Exposure to large-scale transformation or integration programs.

- Knowledge of payroll compliance and testing best practices.
