Payments Production Support Resource

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Payments Production Support professional with strong expertise in banking payment systems and production/L2 support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Fundtech Global Payplus (GPP MP & HC) and strong technical knowledge of Java, C++, Tuxedo, and PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 production support for payment applications and banking systems.

- Monitor payment transactions and troubleshoot production issues.

- Analyse application and transaction issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Support Fundtech Global Payplus (GPP MP & HC) payment platforms.

- Troubleshoot issues using Java, C++, Tuxedo, and PL/SQL.

- Analyse logs, database issues, interfaces, and payment-processing failures.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.

- Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

- Participate in on-call support as required.

- Maintain incident documentation and support knowledge articles.

Mandatory Skills:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in payments production/application support.

- Hands-on experience with Fundtech Global Payplus (GPP MP & HC).

- Strong understanding of payment systems and banking applications.

- Experience in L2/L3 production support.

- Good knowledge of Java, C++, Tuxedo, and PL/SQL.

- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

- Experience working in production environments with incident management processes.

- Willingness to provide on-call support.

Good to Have:

- Experience with payment transaction processing and banking workflows.

- Exposure to payment interfaces and integration troubleshooting.

- Experience working in high-volume payment environments.
