Role & responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solution architecture and design.

- Design portfolio hierarchy, investment and funding models, financial structures, and SPM data models.

- Lead SPM architecture/design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Define SPM solution patterns aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

- Guide development, integration, and data-migration teams.

- Review technical designs and ensure alignment across SPM, EA/APM, and CSDM.

- Identify opportunities to use out-of-the-box (OOB) ServiceNow capabilities instead of unnecessary customization.

- Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants.

- Support architecture governance, design reviews, and implementation decisions.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture expertise.

- Strong hands-on experience in SPM, PPM, Demand, Portfolio Planning, Funding, Financial & Resource Management.

- Good knowledge of CSDM, EA/APM, integrations, and ServiceNow data models.

- Experience in solution design, customer workshops, stakeholder management, and architecture governance.

- Ability to lead development, integration, and data-migration teams.

- Strong understanding of OOB ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

- CIS-SPM, CSA, CAD, CTA/CA certifications preferred.
