Role Overview :

As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Payroll solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their payroll requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules and external systems. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering successful Workday Payroll implementations and providing ongoing support to our clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing. This role is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client's existing payroll processes and requirements to design and configure Workday Payroll solutions that meet their specific needs.

- Configure and test Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday Payroll and other systems, such as HRIS, finance, and benefits platforms, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Provide ongoing support to clients by troubleshooting payroll issues, resolving user inquiries, and implementing system enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of Workday Payroll with other business processes.

- Develop and deliver training to clients on Workday Payroll functionality and best practices to empower them to effectively manage their payroll processes.

- Stay up-to-date on Workday Payroll updates and enhancements to provide clients with the latest features and functionality.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll regulations and laws to minimize risk and maintain data integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to implement and configure Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules.

- Proven expertise in integrating Workday Payroll with other systems, including HRIS, finance, and benefits platforms.

- Strong understanding of US and Canada payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

- Experience in supporting Workday Payroll implementations and providing ongoing support to clients.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve user inquiries.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Workday Payroll implementations and support.
