Your Mission :

Feature Development : Build polished, well-tested features across our React Native mobile apps (iOS and Android) and React web portals, with equal focus on both.

Cross-Platform Craft : Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant interfaces that feel native on every platform.

Code Quality : Write clean, readable, and tested code (unit, component, and integration tests) following established team practices.

Architecture Awareness : Understand the design of the services your team owns - mobile and web architectures, shared component libraries, state management, and dependencies on backend APIs.

Collaboration : Participate actively in code reviews, pair with teammates to unblock problems, and contribute to a healthy engineering culture across time zones.

User Centricity : Stay close to the people who use what you build - owners managing properties, brokers closing deals - and let their friction shape your priorities.

Data-Driven : Use analytics (Dynatrace, in-app events) to measure how your features perform, form hypotheses, and ship improvements based on what the data shows.

Shipping Cadence : Work in short iterations with your team, contribute to release planning, and help maintain a reliable, frequent delivery rhythm.

Qualifications :

Education : A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience :

- 3-5 years of professional experience building production mobile and/or web applications, with hands-on work in both React Native and React.

Required Languages & Tech :

- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and React Native. Comfort with native module bridging concepts (iOS and Android) at a working level.

Mobile Foundations :

- Experience shipping React Native apps to the App Store and Google Play - navigation patterns, performance tuning, native dependencies, OTA updates (e.g. CodePush/EAS), and platform-specific debugging.

Web Foundations :

- Solid command of modern React (hooks, context, suspense), state management (Redux / Zustand / Query libraries), and styling approaches (Tailwind, styled-components, or CSS modules).

Engineering Foundations :

- A rock-solid foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and software design. Confidence with unit testing, observability, maintainability, and clean-code practices.

Tooling :

- Comfort with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar), and modern debugging tools (Flipper, React DevTools, Chrome DevTools).

Soft Skills :

- Ability to make independent technical decisions, take ownership of features end-to-end, communicate clearly across disciplines, and maintain a "constant learner" mentality.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with SSR frameworks (Next.js).

- Experience with different API protocols (REST, GraphQL, JSON API).

- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or Contentful (or other headless CMSs) as a content source for client apps.

- Exposure to UAE Pass, payment gateways, or other identity / fintech integrations.

- Experience working with a shared design system or component library across multiple platforms.

- A passion for building delightful user experiences and an interest in design systems
