Role Overview :

Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead and support the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Integrate the ServiceNow ITOM platform with external monitoring tools and other enterprise systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP. Focus on automating and enhancing visibility into infrastructure, services, and dependencies through modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

As a SNOW ITOM Developer at Pauls Techno Crafts, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet our clients' evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and improve IT service management. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration, to meet client requirements.

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies, to optimize IT service management processes.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications, such as monitoring tools, CMDBs, and ticketing systems, to ensure data consistency and automation.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow ITOM implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new capabilities to improve IT service management.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
