Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) professional to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM solutions to support our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure the effective integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and improving our quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM modules to meet business requirements and improve quality control processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions.

- Develop and maintain SAP QM master data, including inspection plans, quality certificates, and vendor evaluations, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Configure and customize SAP QM functionalities, such as quality notifications, inspection lots, and statistical process control (SPC), to align with business processes.

- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP QM functionalities across the organization.

- Monitor and analyze SAP QM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949, by implementing appropriate SAP QM controls.

- Manage SAP QM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM-related issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP QM developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and implement SAP QM modules in a manufacturing environment.

- Proven expertise in integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules, such as PP, MM, and SD.

- Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and industry standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex SAP QM issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience in leading SAP QM projects and managing project teams.

- Strong understanding of SAP QM master data management and data governance principles.
