Role Overview :

As an SAP Master Data and MD Strategy Expert, you will serve as the primary architect for enterprise-wide data governance and migration strategies. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, IT leadership, and global project teams to define how data flows across complex SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance (CFIN) landscapes. Your daily contributions will directly influence the integrity of financial reporting, the efficiency of supply chain operations, and the overall success of large-scale digital transformation initiatives across our diverse client base in Riyadh, Dubai, and Oman.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Master Data harmonization / rationalization for all finance related master data for all Saudi Aramco CFIN connected systems

- Design and implement comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to ensure data consistency across global SAP S/4 HANA environments.

- Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of SAP CFIN solutions to harmonize financial data across disparate legacy systems.

- Define data governance frameworks and quality standards to mitigate risks associated with data migration and system integration for international clients.

- Collaborate with business process owners to map data requirements, ensuring that master data structures support long-term scalability and reporting accuracy.

- Oversee the execution of complex data cleansing and enrichment projects to optimize system performance and user adoption.

- Provide expert advisory services to senior management regarding the selection and implementation of Master Data Services tools and best practices.

- Mentor internal project teams on technical best practices and troubleshooting methodologies to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting Master Data solutions within SAP S/4 HANA and SAP CFIN environments for large-scale enterprise clients.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical data models and governance policies.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical data strategies effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Extensive experience managing data migration lifecycles, including data profiling, mapping, and validation in international project settings.

- Ability to thrive in diverse cultural and professional environments, with a willingness to operate on-site across various locations in the Middle East.

- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in SAP Master Data management and strategic consulting.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.
