Role : SAP ICMR / Cash Management / Advanced Financial Closing Consultant (8 to 12 Years)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation), SAP Cash Management, and SAP Advanced Financial Closing/Financial Closing Cockpit (AFC/FCC). The ideal candidate will have 812 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience, including end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, process design, and solution delivery for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP ICMR including matching rules, reconciliation processes, dispute handling, and integration with GL/AP/AR.

- Implement and optimize SAP Cash Management components such as Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Cash Operations.

- Configure and manage SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC/FCC) including task templates, workflows, dependencies, and automation of period end closing activities.

- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Controlling teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

- Drive end-to-end S/4HANA Finance project activities : blueprinting, configuration, testing (UT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare.

- Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and audit requirements.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements across ICMR, Cash Management, and AFC.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, TRM, BTP, Integration) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.

- Prepare training materials and deliver user training for finance and treasury stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of SAP Finance experience with strong functional expertise in :

1. SAP ICMR (mandatory)

2. SAP Cash Management (Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, BAM)

3. SAP Advanced Financial Closing / Financial Closing Cockpit

- Minimum 23 full cycle S/4HANA implementations in Finance or Treasury.

- Strong understanding of FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and integration with CO.

- Experience with Bank Communication Management (BCM) and In-House Cash is an advantage.

- Ability to design and optimize period end closing processes.

- Hands-on experience preparing FS, test scripts, cutover plans, and supporting mock cycles.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in GCC enterprises (Aviation, Hospitality, Retail, or Government) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

- Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori Apps, and Treasury modules.

- Experience in multi-country, multi-entity environments.

- Ability to lead offshore teams and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Location : KSA (Offshore/Hybrid depending on project requirements)
