Role Overview :

As an EWM-ABAP Technical Consultant at Pauls Techno Crafts, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' supply chain operations, contributing to improved inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain ABAP code for SAP EWM enhancements, including custom transactions, reports, and interfaces, to meet specific business needs.

- Design and implement technical solutions for complex EWM requirements, such as warehouse automation, yard management, and transportation integration, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EWM-ABAP development, providing timely and effective support to end-users and functional consultants.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers, promoting code quality and adherence to development standards.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and system maintenance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on EWM-related functionalities and enhancements.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions within SAP EWM, including custom transactions, reports, and interfaces.

- Solid understanding of SAP EWM architecture, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and FI.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
