Role : Oracle Cloud ERP

Required Technical Skill Set :

- An outstanding, self-motivated professional with around 4+ years of Techno Functional experience on Oracle Cloud ERP.

- Developed and supported various Oracle Cloud ERP components in HCM modules such as Core HR, Self Service HR, Absence management.

- Should have 2+ years of hands-on experience on SQL, PL SQL and BIP Reports development experience.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proven ability to learn and rapidly adapt to new challenges.

- Good interaction with developers, managers, and team members to coordinated job tasks and strong commitment to work.

- Oracle Quarterly patch release testing and analysis experience

Desired Experience Range :

Total of 3+ years of IT experience. Candidate should have worked in Oracle ERP Cloud for at least 2 years. Oracle EBS on-prem experience+ Oracle Cloud ERP experience is also fine.

Location of Requirement : Chennai, Hyderabad India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

- Strong functional knowledge components in HCM modules such as Core HR, Self Service HR, Absence management.

- Ability to understand Cloud platform and technologies and how they operate within a business environment.

- The candidate should be able to manage P1/P2/P3/P4

- Strong knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL and BIP report development.

- Minimal experience on OIC integrations.

Good-to-Have :

- Strong Techno functional knowledge in Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules of Oracle ERP.

- Exposure to Oracle ERP Finance modules.

- Extensive operational knowledge on Oracle ERP Cloud is an added advantage.

- Positive, communicative, and customer-oriented attitude

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

- Team Member having expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP.

- Working with diverse teams of Service Managers, business users and IT teams.

- Understand customer issues/complaints, perform impact assessment, and provide technical solution or update.

- Should be willing to work in night shifts/weekends/holidays as per roster.
