Role Overview :

As an IN Package Consultant - SAP HANA SCM EWM, you will be instrumental in leading and executing SAP EWM implementations for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP EWM solutions that meet specific business requirements. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and deliver tangible improvements in warehouse management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget for diverse clients.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP EWM.

- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules, including inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, and physical inventory, to optimize warehouse operations.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP EWM solutions.

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training, documentation, and knowledge transfer, to enable successful adoption of SAP EWM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP SCM, SAP HANA, and other module consultants, to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the SAP landscape.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM configuration, integration, and performance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP EWM features, functionalities, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance warehouse management efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP EWM configuration, customization, and implementation, with a deep understanding of warehouse management processes.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex SAP EWM solutions that meet specific business requirements, integrating with SAP SCM and SAP HANA.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

- Experience in conducting UAT and providing user training on SAP EWM functionalities.

- Solid understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and its integration with SAP EWM.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

- Adaptable to working in a dynamic environment across multiple locations in India.

- Minimum 10-years of experience in SAP Implementation with strong focus on SAP EWM and SAP SCM.
