About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Sign Consultant to join our growing Digital Transformation practice. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise e-signature and document workflow solutions using Adobe Sign. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-centric digital document management solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work with global clients across industries, helping them streamline business processes, improve compliance, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Consulting & Business Analysis :

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand document management, workflow automation, and e-signature requirements.

- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business process assessments.

- Analyze existing workflows and recommend scalable Adobe Sign-based solutions.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

- Prepare solution documentation, process flows, business requirements, and implementation plans.

Adobe Sign Implementation & Configuration :

- Design, configure, and deploy Adobe Sign solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Customize document workflows, approval processes, templates, and signing experiences.

- Configure user roles, permissions, authentication methods, and compliance settings.

- Implement best practices for document lifecycle management and electronic signature governance.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.

Integration & Technical Consulting :

- Design and support integrations between Adobe Sign and enterprise applications.

- Work with REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies to enable seamless connectivity.

- Integrate Adobe Sign with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP Ariba, Apttus, CRM, ERP, and HR systems.

- Support SSO, OAuth, authentication frameworks, and enterprise security standards.

- Collaborate with development teams to implement custom integration requirements.

Architecture & Solution Design :

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technology design reviews.

- Validate technical feasibility and recommend scalable architecture approaches.

- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and governance policies.

- Support platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Facilitate workshops, solution demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption programs.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.

- Provide recommendations on process optimization and digital transformation opportunities.

Agile Delivery & Project Support :

- Work within Agile Scrum teams to deliver projects efficiently.

- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project planning, documentation, and collaboration.

- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and project managers.

Training, Adoption & Support :

- Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation.

- Conduct end-user training and administrator enablement sessions.

- Support adoption initiatives and change management activities.

- Troubleshoot solution issues and provide ongoing implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow management.

- Experience working with REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.

- Knowledge of software architecture, system design principles, and enterprise applications.

- Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments.

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solution design.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience implementing Adobe Sign solutions.

- Experience with DocuSign, Conga, or other electronic signature platforms.

- Integration experience with Salesforce, Workday, SAP Ariba, Apttus, or similar enterprise platforms.

- Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, identity management, and enterprise security frameworks.

- Experience with Java-based enterprise applications.

- Exposure to Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, REST APIs, Process Builder, and Data Loader.

- Experience working on enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
