Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled PAS-X Developer with 38 years of experience in MES systems, specifically Werum PAS-X.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting PAS-X solutions in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and develop solutions using Werum PAS-X MES platform

- Work on Master Batch Records (MBR) design, execution workflows, and system integration

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Perform system configuration, testing (FAT/SAT), and validation support (CSV documentation)

- Integrate PAS-X with ERP systems like SAP and other shop-floor systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and support environments

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and regulatory standards

Key Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Werum PAS-X MES development/configuration

- Knowledge of MBR design, workflows, and electronic batch records (EBR)

- Experience in system integration (SAP, LIMS, OPC, etc.)

- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

- Exposure to validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) and documentation

- Good knowledge of SQL, scripting, and debugging

Qualifications :

- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain is mandatory

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with PAS-X 3.2/3.3 or higher versions

- Exposure to serialization and track & trace systems

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
