Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Install and support physical hardware within Tier 4 data centres.

- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.

- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud hosting environments.

- Administer Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning and maintenance.

- Manage Windows Server and Desktop OS configuration and updates.

- Administer Microsoft IIS for web hosting and configuration.

- Design, manage, and support data and SQL backup solutions.

- Develop and implement automation scripts for operational efficiency.

- Utilize Azure Monitor and Kusto Query Language (KQL) for analytics and performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Advanced experience with VMware setup and troubleshooting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tier 4 data centre environments.

- Expertise in Active Directory architecture and troubleshooting.

- In-depth knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services.

- Proficient in SQL Server management and backup solutions.

- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft IIS web service administration.

- Experience with monitoring tools and writing queries in KQL (Azure Monitor/Log Analytics).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
