Role : SAP Security Presales Consultant / Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect requirements, pain points, and security/compliance objectives across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud).

- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations tailored to customer use cases, including SoD analysis, access risk management, identity governance, threat detection, and audit & compliance.

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate, competitive, and well-articulated technical responses.

- Translate complex SAP security concepts, including authorizations, roles, GRC Access Control, UAM, and SIEM integrations, into clear business value propositions for both technical and executive audiences.

- Build and maintain demo environments, sandbox systems, and reusable presales assets such as scripts, presentation decks, and ROI/TCO models.

- Design credible target-state security architectures across customer SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, and Cloud/Hybrid) during workshops and POCs, ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.

- Stay current on SAP security trends, regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, NIST), and competitor offerings to strengthen solution positioning.

- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmap priorities, support post-sales handover by documenting the agreed technical scope and solution architecture, and represent the company as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at trade shows, webinars, and customer workshops.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Security, GRC, or Identity & Access Management (implementation, consulting, or presales).

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Identity Management (IDM) / Cloud Identity Services, SAP authorizations concepts, and role design/build.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA security architecture and SAP BTP security model.

- Prior presales, solution engineering, or customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to present to both technical and C-level stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation/demo facilitation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities in a fast-paced sales cycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certification(s) in Security, GRC, or Identity Management.

- Experience with third-party SAP security tools such as Pathlock, SecurityBridge, Onapsis, Fastpath, and Turnkey.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and SIEM/SOC integrations relevant to SAP threat detection.

- Prior experience working within a software vendor or System Integrator (SI) presales/solution consulting team.

- Multilingual capabilities are an added advantage, depending on the target region.
