Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- A fast-paced multi-channel F&B retail company is seeking a highly skilled NAV (Navision) Resource to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling different modules of NAV and leading a team of LS Retail support team
- Handle all different modules of NAV, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and BOM, in a retail environment
- Lead and manage a team of support specialists who provide technical support for the LS Retail application, which is built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Design solution and manage projects arising out of IT requirements from other department such as Operations, Finance, SCM etc.
- Work with the team to implement new functionalities and features as needed
- Manage third-party applications which are integrated with LS NAV
- Ensure that the team is providing timely and accurate support to customers, and that they are following best practices and established procedures
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and contribute to ongoing improvement of NAV and LS Retail functionality
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and understanding of LS Retail and NAV application to provide guidance and support to the team
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their skills and capabilities
- Manage the team's workload and priorities to ensure that customer needs are met, and support requests are addressed in a timely manner
Desired Skills & Competencies :
- Strong hands-on experience in MS NAV (Navision) and LS Retail.
- Experience working on NAV modules : Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Inventory & BOM.
Knowledge of NAV development :
- C/AL
- C/SIDE Development Environment
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (preferred).
- Experience in solution design and IT project management.
- Prior team handling experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ownership mindset with high-growth orientation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong foundation in retail IT systems, ERP implementation, and application support.
Education & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Masters degree or MBA in IT/Management is a plus.
