Position Description :
As a Product Manager at PAR, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, driving both innovation and execution to deliver value to our customers.
You will own the full product lifecyclefrom discovery to deliverycollaborating cross-functionally to ensure our solutions meet market needs while aligning with our strategic goals.
We are looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
You will be responsible for uncovering customer insights, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive successful launches
Entrees (Requirements) :
What Were Looking For :
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or digital technology environments.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycles from concept through launch.
- Strong customer and market understanding to inform strategic product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and deliver results in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with data analysis, performance metrics, and informed decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Balanced technical and business acumen with an eye for innovation and commercial impact.

- Experience developing dynamic product roadmaps informed by customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.

- Experience monitoring product performance and iterating based on insights.

- Develop and maintain a customer-informed product roadmap anticipating future opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing speed, scope, and quality.
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to define actionable requirements.
- Serve as the central point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to ensure successful feature adoption.
- Develop go-to-market plans to support smooth product launches.
- Monitor key performance metrics and continuously improve the product strategy.
