Role : ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Lead Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

Experience :

- 6+ Years in ServiceNow Development

- Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM & CMDB modules

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end ownership of CMDB & ITOM implementation and support

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions

- Work on ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows

- Perform platform administration activities including upgrades, patching, and maintenance

- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development

- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with :

- Flow Designer

- Business Rules

- Script Includes

- UI Policies

- Client Scripts

Strong knowledge of :

- CMDB

- ITOM

- Discovery

- Service Mapping

- Event Management

- Experience in platform administration, upgrades, and patching

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
