Technical Program Manager - Client Embedded

The role :

Your job is to turn that into managed delivery. You'll sit inside Croma's offices, understand their business and tech teams, spot problems worth solving, and bring them back to PWS as scoped projects - then make sure we deliver them well.

This is not a coordination role. You'll need to walk up to people, ask what's slowing them down, and show them something working before the next meeting.

What you'll do :

- Build relationships across product, engineering, and business teams; know who owns what and what's on their roadmap

- Identify problems that PWS can solve and convert them into proposals, SOWs, and managed engagements

- Prototype fast : use AI coding agents to build POCs on the spot, or pull in the PWS bench when a POC needs more hands

- Own delivery of engagements you win - scope, timelines, quality, and client communication

- Be the single point of contact between stakeholders and leadership

What we're looking for :

- 5 - 8 years in engineering, with 2+ in a delivery, TPM, or client-facing role

- Strong software engineering fundamentals

- Knowledge of AI/ML and data integration

- Systems thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Genuinely enjoys talking to people; comfortable walking into unfamiliar rooms and starting conversations

- Hands-on with modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) - can build a working demo in hours, not weeks

- Has scoped and sold work before, even informally : knows the difference between a nice-to-have and a budgeted problem

- Retail, e-commerce, or supply chain exposure is a plus
