Paccore Software - Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

Job Description :

- 4 to 5 years of minimum Scrum Master experience, 2 to 3 years as Business Analyst

- Technical experience is a big plus

- US client experience is a plus

- Medium to Large project experience is a plus

- Experience in Insurance and Finance is a plus

- BTech + MBA is a plus

- Work from Office (Hyderabad location)

- Should produce project reports to the stake holders

- Should have experience in managing multiple projects

- Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification

- Hands-on software development experience, not required but preferred

- Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Scrum and Agile, including coaching teams during Agile transformation

- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts professionally and effectively with colleagues at all levels

- Clear, concise and confident communication and presentation skills
