Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce applications, including AI-driven service tools such as Agentforce and Einstein Bots.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Salesforce QA, automation, and API testing, along with exposure to Agentic AI evaluation frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with development, product, and business teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on Salesforce platforms

- Validate Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and AI-driven service workflows

- Conduct Agentic AI evaluations using frameworks such as LangSmith, Strands, or similar tools

- Perform Salesforce API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent tools

- Collaborate with developers to debug issues involving Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python or JavaScript

- Track, log, and manage defects using JIRA and ensure timely resolution

- Ensure test coverage and quality across releases in Agile/Scrum methodology

- Communicate testing results, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Technical Skills :

- Salesforce QA (Service Cloud preferred)

- Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein Bots

- Agentic AI evaluation frameworks (LangSmith, Strands, etc.)

- Salesforce API testing (Postman, SoapUI)

- Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Test automation using Python or JavaScript

- Salesforce-specific testing tools

- Version control systems (Git)
