- We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and backend development using Apex and Visualforce.

- A Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is mandatory for this role, along with a Salesforce Developer certification.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework.

- Work extensively on Salesforce Service Cloud, configuring and enhancing service-related features to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers, Scheduled Jobs, and Process Automation.

- Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and deployment processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation related to development, configurations, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of professional Salesforce development experience.

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Mandatory.

- Salesforce Certified Developer Mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud implementations.

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers, and Jobs.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework (Aura/LWC).

- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
