Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outsystems Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the Outsystems platform. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust and scalable applications using the Outsystems platform to meet specific business requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Outsystems development.

- Implement and maintain integrations between Outsystems applications and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Outsystems applications to ensure high quality and optimal performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and expertise in Outsystems development.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Outsystems development processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy complex applications using the Outsystems platform, showcasing a deep understanding of its architecture and capabilities.

- Proven experience in integrating Outsystems applications with various databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development principles.

- Adaptability to work in an ODC (Offshore Development Center) environment, collaborating with global teams and adhering to established processes and standards.
