- Overall, 6-10 years of experience and 5-6 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems.

- Highly proficient in OutSystems architecture concepts, design and implementation.

- Possessing Technical skills and competency of OutSystems architecture and general solution design.

- Possessing Technical skills and competency of ODC architecture (Cloud-Native Architecture) and integration capabilities.

- Able to implement Key AI Features for Agent Development in ODC - AI Agent Builder and Agent Workbench, Orchestration of Multi-Agent Workflows.

- Able to design, build and configure applications in OutSystems & ODC to meet business process and application requirements.

- Proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code using OutSystems, APIs and scripting languages.

- Good understanding of developing multi-tenant applications using OutSystems platform.

- Proficient in designing & building applications and services in OutSystems for web and/or mobile apps.

- Proficient in building BPT flows for OutSystems applications.

- Proficient in working with databases and designing data models.

- Proficient in OutSystems Service Studio.

- Having strong knowledge of Service Centre and Lifetime.

- He/she must have worked on 3-4 end to end OutSystems projects.

- Proficient in working in an Agile Software development environment.

- Having keen problem-solving mindset to meet the needs of the customers.

- Ability to collaborate well with all team members and to contribute during planning, refinement, and review ceremonies.

- OutSystems/ODC Certifications are mandatory.
