Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud OTM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in transportation management solutions. The role involves end-to-end implementation, solution design, integrations, reporting, and post-go-live support across complex logistics environments. The ideal candidate should have a balanced functional and technical skill set with exposure to modern Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in Oracle OTM Cloud implementations aligned with business requirements

- Drive solution design, including prototype configuration, solution documentation, and testing

- Configure and manage core OTM modules such as :

a. Transportation Planning

b. Shipment Management

c. Automation Agents & Event Management

d. Workflow Automation

- Design and implement OTM integrations :

a. Business Object Mapping, EDI/XML/Transmission Management

b. Data transformation and orchestration

c. Analyze and implement Change Requests (CRs) with impact assessment

- Develop and maintain custom extensions/components to address business gaps

- Build and optimize BI Publisher and Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI) reports

- Provide Go-Live and post-implementation support as per SLA commitments

- Conduct end-user training and support UAT cycles.

- Drive performance tuning and optimization in OTM environments

- Contribute to solution demos, presales activities, and proposals

- Ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing within teams

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

- Minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end OTM implementations, preferably in Retail or Manufacturing

- Strong knowledge on OTM configurations related to Milk Run, Reverse Logistics, Commitment

- Allocation, Capacity Management, Complex Rate Configurations

- Strong knowledge on OTM configurations related to Rail, Ocean, Air, Road (TL and LTL)

- transportations and complex Itinerary configurations

- Strong knowledge on OTM integrations with EDI/API based Service providers for Tender, Spot bids, Tracking events, Documentation managements, Invoices

- Strong Knowledge on OTM Integrations with Oracle EBS/ERP Applications, Oracle WMS

- Application is an added advantage

- Deep expertise in :

- OTM Data Model (6.x) XML Schema & Transmission Management

- OTM Interfaces & Integration Architecture

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting

- Experience in :

- BI Publisher Reports / Oracle Analytics Cloud Reports

- Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI) dashboards and metrics

- Strong understanding of :

- Transportation Planning & Execution

- Logistics lifecycle and workflows

- Experience with OTM Performance Management and tuning

- Experience in complex Automation Agents configurations

- Experience in Complex Manager layout configurations

- Experience in Stylesheet for Custom Email communications with the involved parties

- Experience in building Macro to upload Data to OTM Application will be an added advantage

- Experience in working on OTM Implementation for India region will be an added advantage

- Experience in integration of OTM Application with Indian government portal like mParivahan will

- be an added advantage

- Experience in OTM Communication with the Involved parties via SMS notification and

- WhatsApp communication will be an added advantage

New & Emerging Technology Skills (Preferred) :
