We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Analyst with supporting expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) to join a fast-paced global logistics and trade operations environment. This role is primarily focused on Oracle OTM Cloud, with secondary involvement in Oracle GTM Cloud functionalities supporting trade compliance, import/export operations, and global fulfillment workflows.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, middleware/integration teams, and external technical partners to support, configure, optimize, and stabilize OTM/GTM solutions across enterprise logistics and supply chain ecosystems. The role requires strong functional expertise, integration understanding, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

The candidate should possess strong experience in transportation management, logistics execution, global trade compliance, master data management, and cloud-based Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Analysis & Business Collaboration :

- Act as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for logistics and trade management initiatives.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation management, fulfillment operations, global logistics, and trade compliance.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Oracle OTM/GTM functional solutions.

- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, procurement, warehousing, and customer operations.
