AI Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (AI/ML focused) to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI applications. You will deliver end-to-end AI-powered features from backend and data layers to modern UIs using LLMs, RAG systems, and production ML infrastructure. This role blends full-stack engineering with hands-on AI/ML delivery in real-world, high-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and RAG architectures

- Design and implement scalable backend services (Python/FastAPI) and modern frontends (React/Next.js)

- Develop vector search and semantic retrieval using Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar

- Implement prompt engineering, agents, and evaluation frameworks for reliable AI outputs

- Design databases and APIs supporting high-throughput AI workloads

- Deploy and operate services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure performance, security, observability, and cost optimization in production

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of full-stack development (Python, FastAPI/Flask, React, TypeScript)

- 2+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in production

- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform)

- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and API design

- Experience with testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and secure application development

Preferred Experience :

- LLM frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph

- Agentic AI systems and tool-using workflows

- Fine-tuning, multimodal AI, or event-driven architectures

- Mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions
