What You'll Do :

- Lead implementation and support of UEM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE, MaaS360, etc.)

- Manage, secure, and optimize enterprise endpoints across OS platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

- Integrate UEM with modern private cloud environments (e.g., VMware, Nutanix, OpenStack).

- Ensure endpoint compliance, patch management, and policy enforcement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud and endpoint security best practices.

What We're Looking For :

- Strong hands-on experience with leading UEM tools.

- Working knowledge of private cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.

- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools.

- A problem-solver with a security-first mindset.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Helping Orgs with Transformation & Transition on managing MacOS/iOS/Android devices.

- Provide end-to-end solution for device management, create architectural designs e.g. HLD/LLD, contribute/review SOW, create SOP/KBs, present MDM workflow for JAMF/Intune/Airwatch, Compare market leading MDM solutions.

- Provide MacOS/iOS/Android support/training/awareness/upskilling of teams/individuals.

- Engage in ground work for integrations, API queries or scripting automations, prepare sequence tasks for migration.

- MDM smooth onboarding via EBF Onboard or other marketplace tools, testing of MDM builds/apps, plan for pilot/production rollouts.
