Role : Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant (6+ Years)

OSI Digital is looking for a skilled Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant to join our growing team and support end-to-end planning solutions.

Experience Required :

- 6+ years in Oracle EPM / EPBCS

- Minimum 2 full-cycle EPBCS implementations

Key Skills :

- Strong expertise in Financials & Workforce modules

- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting & workforce planning

- EPBCS configuration, business rules & technical troubleshooting

- Experience with Groovy, EPM Automate, Shell/PowerShell scripting

- Understanding of data integration & validation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with onshore teams for project delivery

- Gather and analyze requirements from finance stakeholders

- Configure modules, forms, dashboards, task lists & security

- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles

- Assist in UAT, go-live, and post-production support

Good to Have :

- Experience with Capital / Projects modules

- Exposure to Data Integration / Data Management

- Knowledge of additional EPM modules
