About the Role :

OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle Apps SCM EBS Manufacturing Functional Lead to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The person will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles and explore new technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead functional activities across Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Supply Chain implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.

- Provide functional leadership and recommendations on Oracle SCM best practices, business processes, and solution design.

- Support and lead ERP practice-building initiatives, including development of methodologies, reusable assets, standards, and best practices.

- Configure and support Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules based on business and operational requirements.

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex functional and configuration issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Participate in the complete implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and cutover.

- Develop and review functional deliverables such as Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, User Training Materials, and Process Documentation.

- Work with technical teams on integrations, customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and other Oracle EBS technical components.

- Identify and document integration touchpoints between Oracle SCM modules and external/internal applications.

- Support UAT, defect resolution, production deployment, hypercare, and ongoing application support.

- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and team members.

- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across different time zones as required.

- Maintain a strong customer-service orientation and build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications.

- Strong functional expertise in Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping, Inventory Management, and Procurement.

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Supply Chain architecture and end-to-end SCM business processes.

- Experience working with Oracle ERP business processes in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, High Technology, Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences, and Trading / Distribution.

- Strong understanding of common Oracle EBS integration touchpoints and dependencies across SCM modules and external systems.

- Experience with Oracle EBS configuration, functional design, testing, and production support.

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

- Flexibility to work over-lapping with different time zones.

Good To Have :

- Oracle Implementation Certification.

- Pre-Sales experience.

- Oracle Fusion SCM Functional experience.
