Role: Middleware Integration Architect / Lead

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Integration Architect / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Service Bus (OSB), WebLogic, and enterprise integration technologies, with experience integrating core banking applications such as FLEXCUBE and OBPM.

Responsibilities:

- Define enterprise integration strategy, architecture, and approach.

- Design and develop integrations for FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and other enterprise applications.

- Configure and manage OSB, JMS, and WebLogic.

- Lead integration projects from design through deployment.

- Troubleshoot, monitor, tune, and scale middleware environments.

- Guide integration developers on architecture and best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure reliable and secure integrations.
