Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and deployment of SAP MDG solutions.

- Own master data governance frameworks and operating models.

- Manage master data domains including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.

- Define and implement data quality rules, controls, and monitoring processes.

- Drive end-to-end master data lifecycle management and harmonization.

- Lead enterprise-wide Master Data Management and Data Quality initiatives.

- Own design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MDG solutions.

- Drive data governance, quality, and standardization across core master data domains.

- Lead workflow, BRF+, UI modeling, and data replication design.

- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align data strategy with objectives.

- Influence enterprise architecture decisions related to master data platforms.

- Ensure compliance with data standards, policies, and governance principles.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MDM and DQ teams.

- Support continuous improvement and optimization of MDM processes.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).

- Deep knowledge of master data domains including Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance.

- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG data models and UI modeling.

- Expertise in BRF+, workflow configuration, and data replication.

- Experience with SAP Information Steward for data profiling and quality monitoring.

- Strong understanding of master data governance frameworks.

- Ability to lead large-scale master data transformation programs.

- Experience influencing enterprise architecture and design decisions.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in MDM or data governance leadership roles
