Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle WMS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to warehouse and inventory management.

- Configure Oracle WMS modules and support end-to-end warehouse operations.

- Design and configure Oracle WMS Rules Engine for picking, putaway, allocation, task assignment, and warehouse execution processes.

- Implement and support License Plate Management (LPN/LPM) processes across warehouse operations.

- Support MSCA transactions and mobile warehouse processes.

- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and support UAT activities.

- Coordinate with development teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.

- Drive process optimization and recommend Oracle WMS best practices.

Requirements :

Key Skills Required :

- Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS), Oracle EBS R12 / Oracle SCM, Oracle WMS Rules Engine, License Plate Management (LPN/LPM), Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), Inventory Management, Shipping, Receiving, Putaway and Picking Processes, Allocation and Task Management, Cycle Counting and Inventory Transactions, SQL / PL-SQL, Interfaces, APIs and Integrations, Functional and Techno-Functional Consulting.

- 10-12 years of experience in Oracle WMS implementations and support.

- Strong expertise in Oracle WMS Rules Engine, LPN/LPM, and MSCA.

- Experience with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and other SCM modules.

- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
