The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable cloud-based applications and integrations that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle VBCS Development :

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

- Build and customize UI components, business objects, and service connections

- Ensure seamless integration of VBCS applications with backend Oracle Cloud services and third-party systems

- Optimize application performance, usability, and scalability

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Design & Development

- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Configure orchestrations, transformations, and routing logic for complex integrations

- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system communication

- Handle error management, logging, and monitoring of integrations

- Ensure best practices in integration design, reusability, and performance

ERP Cloud Integration :

- Build and manage integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and external systems

- Perform FBDI (File-Based Data Import) uploads and manage data migration processes

- Develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST APIs and file-based approaches

- Ensure data consistency, validation, and reconciliation across systems

Business Analysis & Implementation :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis to align business needs with Oracle Cloud capabilities

- Lead and support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and solution demonstrations

- Configure functional aspects of Oracle applications based on requirements

Testing & Deployment :

- Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues

- Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization

Training & Stakeholder Management :

- Provide end-user training and documentation

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and non-technical stakeholders

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, architects, and business users

Required Skills & Experience :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)

- Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Experience integrating with Oracle ERP Cloud

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and data transformations

- Experience with FBDI uploads and data migration

- Solid understanding of integration patterns and cloud architecture

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Oracle SaaS/PaaS ecosystem

- Knowledge of Groovy scripting, JavaScript, or Oracle JET

- Familiarity with security, authentication (OAuth), and API gateways

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools
