Oracle Subject Matter Expert - Finance & HCM Module

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Finance and Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle ERP/Fusion solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Configure and support Oracle Finance and HCM modules, ensuring optimal system performance and business process alignment.

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver functional solutions.

- Conduct gap analysis, solution design, testing, UAT, and production support.

- Support integrations between Oracle ERP/Fusion and third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials.

- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and governance standards.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 15 years of experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Finance and Oracle HCM modules.

- Experience with :

i. General Ledger (GL)

ii. Accounts Payable (AP)

iii. Accounts Receivable (AR)

iv. Fixed Assets (FA)

v. Cash Management (CM)

vi. Procurement

vii. Core HR

viii. Payroll

ix. Absence Management

x. Talent Management

- Good understanding of Oracle business processes, workflows, and data models.

- Experience in Oracle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, or OIC is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications (Finance or HCM).

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle reporting tools.

- Exposure to Oracle Security, GRC, and SOX compliance.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
