Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SPQ professional with 5+ years of relevant experience to support Oracle solutions, enhancements, integrations, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and support Oracle SPQ solutions based on business requirements.

- Analyze requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Handle enhancements, integrations, testing, deployments, and production support.

- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams.

- Support application upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements.

- Monitor application performance and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and support procedures.

- Follow ITIL, change management, release, and deployment processes.

- Participate in project implementation and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle SPQ experience.

- Strong understanding of Oracle applications and business processes.

- Experience in development/configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client teams.
