Role Overview :

As an Oracle Service Cloud Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and maintaining sophisticated customer support architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders to translate complex service requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Your daily contributions will directly impact the end-user experience by optimizing portal performance and ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise service stack, ultimately driving higher customer satisfaction and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance Customer Portals to enhance user engagement and self-service capabilities for our global clients.

- Design and implement complex Custom Process Models (CPM) to automate business workflows and improve service response times.

- Build and maintain secure RESTful API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Service Cloud and external enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Oracle Service Cloud environment to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.

- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications that align with long-term business goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Service Cloud development, including deep knowledge of the platform's architecture and configuration capabilities.

- Strong proficiency in PHP for developing custom server-side scripts and complex business logic within the Oracle ecosystem.

- Proven ability to design and consume REST APIs to facilitate interoperability between disparate enterprise applications.

- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose system bottlenecks and implement performance tuning strategies for Customer Portals.

- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based out of Hyderabad, maintaining high productivity and meeting project deadlines.

- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in enterprise software development, specifically within the Oracle Service Cloud domain.
